高溫電爐灰化法在處理過程中對樣品的優缺點都有哪些

    高溫電爐灰化法的優點還有它的缺點是高溫灰化法操作簡單,適用于大量試樣處理測定再過程中無需加入其它不必要的試劑就可以很好的避免使樣品受到污染。這種方法的缺點是灰化過程中容易引起揮發使樣品受到不同程度的損失,待測元素沾壁或者滯留在酸溶性灰粒上的樣品損失,硒還有汞易揮發元素,如果處理中揮發損失嚴重不建議使用這種方法來處理樣品。


    根據樣品情況再次放電爐中一定要低溫370~590℃左右,使樣品得到完全的灰化,樣品不同灰化的爐膛溫度還有操作時間都不一樣,冷卻過后灰分用無機酸洗出并用去離子水稀釋特定容再來進行待測元素原子吸收法測定就好了。


    高溫箱式電爐灰化法在處理過程中是用熱能分解它的有機試樣,要讓待測元素成可溶狀態并且準確稱0.5~1.0g來使用必須用預處理的樣品除外,放在匹配的器皿里一般用的都是坩鍋類瓷坩鍋一些鉑坩鍋或者石英坩鍋,放置于箱式電爐爐膛內進行低溫碳化的操作直到冒煙近盡才算完。
